Kreme Consulting was established in 2014 through the unified vision of two distinct Irene & Gale yet ideally complementary people. One is a dedicated, lifelong expert in sales and business development rooted in IT and recruitment. The other excels in the background operations of finance, HR and administration in the IT and shipping sectors. Combined, they formed the prefect pair – one boldly pursuing opportunities while the other ensure every detail was addressed.
Central to this journey is Irene, whose career started in Technology sales. For seven fulfilling years, she flourished in a dynamic setting, attaining accomplishments and honing her craft. However, Irene desired something greater – something that would resonate more profoundly and personally. Motivated by that aspiration, she shifted to recruitment and venture into the realm of “promoting individuals”.
Being a salesperson herself, Irene recognizes the specific challenges companies encounter in recruiting the right salesperson. Various companies’ possess unique requirements, and each sales position demands an individual with the appropriate capabilities, attitude, and compatibility. Approaching two decades in her profession, she focuses this knowledge on steering Kreme Consulting with unparalleled enthusiasm and skill.
